This is becoming severely unamusing.
I'm still prevented from undertaking a task I'm required to do by the fifth.
The PCT's QMAS User Administrator is stuck, they don't have reliable
access to sort out practices some of whose data seems not to have gone
up, or stuck or something.
I even tried the BT helpdesk... you'll never guess what, all their
analysts are busy on other calls.
