i agree, it is moral blackmail. I think the important thing is, whatever
course of action you feel necessary to take at the time, do not let it
be forgotten. write and complain+++. what about doing one letter and
detailing sec or receptionist to check every 2 weeks if reply and if
not, crank out another copy and post it or e-mail it?
