Dear Colm,
I use fdt for fixed mouse brains (3D data sets), and it works fine. The only
struggle I had initially was sorting out the right orientation of the
diffusion directions in the bvecs file, as the images got flipped around
during the conversion Bruker-->Dicom-->Analyze.
