Hi Michael,
I already upgraded to sid, and am trying to use fslview. Only the VTK
library probably isn't in debian sid. Do you know a workaround?
All the best,
Johan
I try fslview, downloaded with apt-get, and get this error message:
johan@draagbaar:~$ fslview
fslview: error while loading shared libraries:
libvtkMPEG2Encode.so.5.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory
And then, if i try to do the install with the deb-src commands, I get this:
CMake Error: VTK not found. Set the VTK_DIR cmake cache entry to the
directory containing VTKConfig.cmake. This is either the root of the
build tree, or PREFIX/lib/vtk for an installation. For VTK 4.0, this
is the location of UseVTK.cmake. This is either the root of the build
tree or PREFIX/include/vtk for an installation.
