Ah- I was going to ask if it's the current cygwin that doesn't work with
the current Tcl/Tk or that the Tcl/Tk of the current cygwin doesn't work
with FSL. But I guess that doen't really matter :)
I'm quite happy to use the command-line tools at the moment. Will keep
an eye open for cygwin developments on the FSL site for building the
`glossy' version.
