No, it's not that simple.
t = COPE / sqrt(VARCOPE)
so to go between COPE (or PE) and tstat you need also to use the
variance (VARCOPE).
to go between t and z is a direct one-to-one mapping depending on the
degrees-of-freedom.
However I can confirm that if z=0 then PE=0......
