Hi,
best you have a look at the BET result - e. g. the image that contains the
background image
(your original image) overlaid with the contours of the mask. This image is
produced
if you add the "-o" option in the command line or click the respective
button in the gui.
There are several parameters you can change: an important one is the number
given in the "-f" option;
best read up in the online documentation what it does. Sometimes the other
parameters "-g" and
defining the staring point for the BET algorithm with the -c option may
also be useful.
One setting that you have identified by trial and error should do a good
jib for other examples of the same sequence.
