If you use the "test shift match" button within the Shift Match DIstance
Constraints popup with "Ignore diagonal peaks?" checked then peaks with
the assignment tolerances of the diagonal will be found and can be viewed
with the Diagonal button of the View Peak Groups popup. The "correct"
thing to do with them then (rather than delete them) would be to set their
figure of merit such that they can be excluded from restraint generation
etc. (this will help to ensure that they don't get re-picked for example
later).
