Hi Robert,
You need to put your data into one file as a cube of data using something like:
xyz2pipe -verb -in ./dir/test%03d.ft3 | nmrPipe -ov -out cbcanh_erp18.ft3
This would work if you have 128 files called test001.ft3 through to
test128.ft3 in a directory called 'dir'.
Then you can read the 3D cube of data into analysis with no problem.
