Is James Thomson - (the bestselling poet of The Seasons and The Castle of
Indolence and 'Rule Britannia', overpraised by Johnson) neglected now, do
you think? My impression is that he's like Coventry Patmore - just on the
edge of contemporary poetry readers' radar, but still there by the skin of a
few excerpts in anthologies, but I find it difficult to judge who is
neglected and who isn't
