Dear Liang,
Maybe a trivial suggestion, but did you save your sequence on your scanner
console? If so, then slice timing information should be easy to retrieve.
We have done some testing on Siemens Trio and the mosaic format and we
got more
information from Erlangen. As Volkmar mentioned before, the timing information
of the individual slices is lost.

If you have a Trio, you can recreate your sequence using a mosaic image
of your
fmri data set, ask one of their engineers to help you out.
