I think that could well be it. As soon as I saw the first message about
this on this mailing list, I alerted the Marketing and IT
representatives on our web development committee and roused considerable
interest. I did mention to them that there were ethical issues.
In 10 years, I have never persuaded the company to make the investment
in traditional usability testing but they might go for this alternative.
