Just to say, this now looks as if it was a false alarm. More likely
the missing files had been deleted, or were never in the system at
all (failed FTS tests).
A belt and braces approach would be to dump the schema upgraded
database immediately, so the two can be directly compared (our dumps
were ~30 minutes apart, which was not bad).
Looks like Thuderbirds are go...
