Eric
I was using 7.04 and had so many problems that I upgraded and
miraculously all of my problems were solved. So, I would follow Darren's
suggestion.
Kind Regards,

Dunno what the particular error is but, 7.0.4 was fairly buggy. If at
all possible atleast upgrade
to 7.1. My bet is it will solve this error.

Hello,
My lab is having trouble upgrading to SPM5. We've encountered a
problem we haven't seen listed in the ARCHIVE yet.
We're using the latest version of SPM 5, including all recent
updates. We're using Matlab 7.0.4 (R14). Previously we used SPM 2 to
analyze these same data without encountering errors .
When running a GLM on an individual subject's native space data we
get an "index exceeds matrix dimensions" error at at line 836 of the
'spm_spm.m' script.
Any solutions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
