Hi all,
Back on the subject of 1 vs 2 tailed tests. Am I correct to assume that
multiple regression is one of those tests where it doesn't have a 1
tailed form? I thought this was the case.
The preliminary correlations that come out on the SPSS output say 1
tailed (but I want 2 tailed so will have to run these separately), but
then in the multiple regression "coefficients" box the significance of
the t-tests isn't marked as either 1 or 2 tailed. So, if I run 2 tailed
preliminary correlations then a multiple regression, do a I need to
adjust the multiple regression p values in any way or are they already 2
tailed?
Thanks
Kathryn
