Thanks PIp for the reference to the Journal, I'll definitely follow it up.
Dear All, Individual presentations for the AERA 07 conference in Chicago (9-13 April 07) on A
World of Educational Quality, have to be posted on the AERA web-site by next Monday. If you have
the time to browse through the section before the Appendices in my paper do please let me have
responses that could help me to improve the presentation before I submit it next Monday. You'll
see that I'm suggesting the need for the exercise of educational imagination in developing a new
living logics and standards of judgment for evaluating the quality of the educational knowledge
being produced by educational researchers:

I think your responses will also help me to understand better the criteria/standards you use in
evaluating the quality of the educational knowledge we are producing. Looking forward to your
responses, no matter how critical - please don't hold back!
A bit disappointed that the symposium proposal wasn't accepted for a keynote at BERA 07 this
September, on Generating Educational Theories That Can Explain Educational Influences In
Learning. You can see the proposal at:
http://www.jackwhitehead.com/bera07/jwajmfbera07sym.htm , with Alana and Margaret as
presenters, Je Kan as Chair and Jean as discussant. But, very pleased that it has been accepted for
the main conference and I am hoping that you will be able to participate.
Love Jack.
