Hi Susie,
Thank you so much for such an affirmative response. The KEEP Templates are amazingly easy to
master - and there is a guided tour on the KEEP Homepage for help at http://www.cfkeep.org
As for time to prepare this, I started last Friday by reading up journal papers etc and using voice
recognition software linked to my laptop to build up my notes. The construction of the website
began at 8.00 pm this last Monday and I worked through till 2.00 am Tuesday morning by which
time the main webpage was more or less complete. Later on Tuesday (after some sleep) I created
the second page with the clips, photo stills and linking in texts. Yesterday morning (Wednesday) I
proof read and I added a few more links and then left a few hours before sending it to our PR list.
I will do a trial run through my presentation today and use Voice Recognition Software linked to
my laptop to record my commentary as I use my desktop to display my webpages which you see.
I want to keep the flexibility of having an interactive site so I can respond to the needs and 'feel' of
my audience rather than having a set paper but I will add a link to this commentary I make today
so the audience has a hard copy version (though it will differ from the version I'll give tomorrow)
This is the first time I have used the 'stitch' command on the KEEP templates but I saw one of the
student researchers I work with it use it so effectively in his webpage about creativity that I tried it.
I have such fun making these 'snapshots' of practice!
Sarah
