Don't trust Dame carol Black or Lord Hunt
They are the cause 8000-10000 docotrs losing their jobs and saving the
government millions pounds.
Humm the governments nasty plan to create a subconsultant doctor grade
- could not figure out there role in OH but clearly these will the
case managers!!
A few years quick and cheap doctor training and all these cheap and
undertrained junior doctors the government is training up to be "fit
for purpose" for independant treatment centres. They openly admit this
is to be more econimical for the private sector.
Bad for Doctors, Bad for Nurses
Just the same way that in surgery these docotrs will be fine for
routine things and maybe will be cheap adn fit for purpose but given a
complicated case will be out of there depth. Luckily unlike surgery it
will not be life threatening!
We should all be pulling together to stop this NOW
Wake up everyone - 12000 juniors doctors marched the streets london
last weekend and are seriously considering a stirke - unheard of in
the last 50 years of medicine. Mainly cos 2-3 yearws ago when it began
in medicine no-one stood up to say NO.
Don't wait for our speciality to be ruined in a few years time.
Make feeling know now by seniors in the field.
OHP's and ONHA's MUST SHOW UNITY AND ALL SAY NO
