I am not sure if this is helpful but my website uses a 5 minute clip of audio from 911 calls at the time of the 1989 SanFrancisco earthquake, I have used this teaching about how people react in earthquakes as well as the impact on the emergency services etc. It can be found at:

There are also other useful resources on the site including a live view of our school seismograph. I have also attached a document that are written by eye witnesses.
