This course is aimed at those responsible for motivating and managing their
library/information service team. It provides a practical overview of the
management skills and techniques required to develop and maintain a productive
and effective team. It will enable you to develop strategies for managing
challenging situations and you will learn how to create a self motivating and
self regulating team.
