I already knew the fact what Sophie said and I also understand that
deleting dpmmgr will fix that for the time being but I don't think
that's the actual problem. I use a common user.conf file to maintain the
consistency across the farm, hence I do have "dpmmgr" in the user.conf
file for every single node but other nodes, say for example on the CE or
WN, "dpmmgr" is not being created.
