If it is defined in the site "users.conf", "dpmmgr" is created twice at
the moment:
- in config_users function,
- in config_DPM_user function (only on the DPM nodes).
But $DPM_DB_USER is the name of the DPM database user.
It can be called anyhow: "dpm", "dpmuser", "my_dpm_db_user", etc.
