Well, dpmmgr will be created now on all nodes not only dpm nodes (if
you run the new yaim on a worker, you'll see dpmmgr will be created
though it is not needed) and if the dpmmgr id is the same as another id,
yaim will crash with the error you reported as you originally reported.
So, there should an test in users.conf, if not dpm don't create dpmmgr.
