---- Amazing! On both counts, that they managed to do runs at those
conditions, and then that there were no profiles! Do send me the
profiles, I would like to take a look - but at this point, I cannot
suggest anything other than declaring a null result. However, makes me
wonder about that slew of diffusion data that you had compiled in that
paper - would be worth taking a look at those papers to see what it was
that those people had / had not seen. Specifically, what I am thinking
of, aside from careless work (which unfortunately, is not implausible at
all in the business), is whether they used more "defective" (e.g. N
inclusions ?) diamonds that allowed diffusion to occur, and yours were
too clean? And although I know it is unlikely to be possible, one might
try longer runs at the higher T as a last ditch attempt. Can't think of
much else right now, sorry - will let you know if I do.
