there is a post coming up in karlsruhe, germany.

it is for what we call an "assistant" (assistant professor). a half  
time position at the chair of urban planning and design (prof. alex  
wall) for two years and extendable thereafter.
we look for someone with strengths on contemporary urban theory and  
focusing either/or on innovations in urban sustainability/  
globalisation/ organised complexity in relation to the urban spatial  
environment and design.
the person has to do some teaching as well research. two to four  
years of professional experience will be a plus.
a doctorate, or post-doctorate can be combined with the position.
