Hi,
I have succeeded in getting FSLView to load from the commandline with a
variety of options, however I have some "how to do it"/"is it possible"
questions:
1) --mode has the options 3d, ortho, and lightbox. How do I get it to load
in single view? When I try 3d it just loads in ortho mode.
2) For FSLView, I use a cygwin distribution on Windows XP, and the FSLView
window always loads in exactly the same position and the same size. Is it
possible to change these defaults? I would like to have FSLView windows
take up half of the screen so I can put two side by side for comparisons,
but when I am loading a lot of windows by script it gets annoying to have to
resize and move each one. Even just changing the window size from whatever
it is now to half of 1280X1024 would be helpful.
3) Is it possible to change the default layout of the FSLView tool widgets?
Particularly in Ortho View, the bottom two widgets (Cursor Tools and
Overlay Settings) can be moved into the empty space at the bottom right to
allow for more image space, but again it gets annoying to have to move them
each time when a lot of windows are loaded by script.
Thanks!
Matt.
