Dear Stefano,
The changes in the new patch are detailed at the bottom of the
linked page:
FSL 3.3 minor release revision history
3.3.0 7/4/06 First release
3.3.1 10/4/06 Fixed links for major version numbers pointing to minor
numbers in libraries for FSLView.
3.3.2 10/4/06 Fixed tbss_1_preproc to ensure +ve voxdims in all images.
3.3.3 18/4/06 Added FSLView sources and user documentation. FSLView
binaries for Apple on Intel now compiled to run native.
3.3.4 24/4/06 Fixed FSLView binary on Cygwin.
3.3.5 29/4/06 Added tbss_non_FA to allow running of TBSS on non-FA data.
3.3.6 15/6/06 Fixed buglet in tbss_non_FA.
3.3.7 21/7/06 Fixed buglet in randomise which caused it to hang/crash
under certain conditions.
3.3.8 10/01/07 Small fixes to avwmerge++ and avwmaths++.
3.3.9 15/02/07 Dilation fix to avwmaths++, increase precision fix to
betsurf, fix for randomise.
3.3.10 15/03/07 Vox stats fix for randomise.
So it is just the vox stats fix for randomise that has changed - not
TBSS.
All the best,
Mark
