May I also ask that interested students be made aware that the School of
Social sciences and Cultural Studies at Sussex is offering 3-4 quota awards
for students to start on a 1+3 programme in 2007. These awards are for
research in comparative and cross-cultural research. In the first year,
students take the MSc in Comparative and Cross Cultural Research Methods,
after which they will be registered for a DPhil in one of the following
subjects:
Anthropology
Contemporary European Studies
Development Studies (in IDS or CDE)
Human Geography
International Relations
Politics
Sociology
