maybe if VCs actually ran the university, but how much 'running' do VCs
actually do? not a lot i'd expect. the odd speech here, the odd meeting
there, perhaps do a three-hour working lunch hob-nobbing with other big
cheeses, and maybe the occasional photo-shoot...?
it's almost entirely people much further down the scale who do the vast
majority of the work.
