The tentative program for the 2007
GMACŪ Conference on Computerized Adaptive
Testing (CAT) is now available. The conference
is scheduled to be held at the University of
Minnesota in Minneapolis on June 7 - 8, 2007
The conference currently includes 9 keynote
addresses by leading international CAT
researchers, several roundtable discussion
sessions based on these addresses, two invited
addresses on major CAT implementations, 24
contributed papers in six paper sessions, and a
poster session. Complete details on the

A pre-conference workshop, designed for those
with minimum prior exposure to CAT and the IRT
that underlies it, will be held on Wednesday,
June 6. Information on the workshop is also on
the conference Web site or at www.assess.com.
Discounted early registration rates for both the
conference and the workshop are in effect through
Monday, April 2. After that date, registrations
will be accepted at the regular rate.
