The restraint format that analysis writes should be compatible with XPLOR
- the format of the restraints that analysis writes is the original one
with a few extra ARIA things on the end that XPLOR will just ignore
(unless you're using 3.851 or later) rather than ARIA "OR restraint"
format. At worst you might have to search and replace "volume" ->
"!volume".
