I have tried resetting the experiment type and it still seems to be having
problems. The problem is predominantly with the alphas and gammas, out of
~200 (non-proline) alphas I only get 4 peaks picked. Strangely the proline
alphas are all fine and I get a synthetic peak for each of these (but the
proline betas and gammas fail).
If I import a small shift list where I just take 10 alphas and 10gammas
(including those that get synthetic peaks and those that dont), then I get
synthetic peaks for all of them fine. It only seems to be a problem when I
use the complete shift list.
Cheers
Ben
