Martin,
Perhaps you're already aware of this but when you create a survey in Blackboard, it's possible to export it as a ZIP file and then import it back in again. In this way, you can use the same survey across a number of different modules or courses.
As I understand it, results for surveys that have been taken can be found in the Gradebook under the Control Panel. The main Gradebook area will tell you who has completed the survey and by clicking on the title of the survey (at the top of the relevant column) you should be able to find a menu where there are various ways of compiling the results. These can be viewed within the browser or downloaded as a spreadsheet or comma-delimited file...
Hope this info is helpful,
Guy

Subject: Course evaluation surveys
We are planning to carry out our student evaluation of courses via
Blackboard. Does anyone have experience of and advice for carrying out
course evaluation surveys within Blackboard courses?
Particular issues we are facing are making the survey available in each of a
large number of courses, compiling the information from a large number of
individual surveys, and graduate and undergraduate courses sharing the same
course site.
Many thanks in advance.
