Not so much me, but definitely my excellent colleagues are responsible
for this, and it is available (under licence) for free use throughout
the UK. The resources include a Blackboard PDP support module, PDP
ePortfolio templates, PDP ePortfolio examples, SITS transcript link
building block, policy documentation, staff development material, etc.
The resource material can be modified to suit the requirements of your
institution/students.
It is quite a team behind the resources, with Jonathan Weyers, Graham
Nicholson and Kirsty Miller, being among key members.
Details about how to obtain the resources are at:

module/organisation site developed by Richard parsons and his
excellent
colleagues at Dundee University.
