Dear SPM users
when segmenting in SPM5, the log-likelihood curve (in the bottom left
window) made some jumps.
when segmenting the same brain with IBASPM (which actually uses the same SPM
algorithm), there are no such jumps of the log-likelihood curve.
Why?
Do the fact that IBASPM segments and normalises the brain separately hint
that IBASPM does not use the unified segmentation approach that is
implemented in SPM5?
Thanks for clarification
Best regards
Juergen
