Salary in the range £33,513- £35,396 per annum
The School of Mathematical Sciences has a full-time permanent position for
a Lecturer in Statistics. Applicants should have a strong record of
original research and must be committed to high-quality teaching. We seek
someone able to develop and give courses in a broad range of areas of
statistics, including those with applications in business and finance. The
candidate's research interests can be in any area of statistics, but
ideally should be compatible with, and complementary to, existing research
strengths within the School. Ideally, the postholder will start on 1
September 2007.
