dominate the discussion (by me, as well as others).
I think you and Anny engaged Mr. King with an
ill-deserved politeness that was in fact exemplary. I
also appreciate your patience with those of us who
didn't "get it" right away. And above all, you managed
to get Mr. King off the list voluntarily, which
avoided the traditional flame war.
