- Nikita Maslennikov Professor, St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics,
Urban Planner and former member of the St Petersburg City Administration
- Vladimir Pozner President of the Russian Television Academy, host of the
programme ‘Vremena’ on Russia’s Channel 1.
Journalists, academics, educators and members of the general public are
invited to
attend the debates and participate in the discussions.
