Francis Berry, _The Poet's Voice_ (I think was the title) I guess is what
you're thinking of, Max.. Author of "Morant Bay" and _Ghosts of Greenland_,
among other anglo-saxon poems.
I heard him read at Glasgow in the late sixties. Well, actually I
introduced his reading. Had to walk out of a three hour exam an hour early
to get there on time. Price you pay.
He wore a jersey with "Heorot" picked out in coloured wool on the front.
