Hi,

I am looking for standard text on the design of the PMP, rocker soles, 
metatatarsal bars etc with up to date references on their placement and 
function. My only find so far as been contemporary pedorthics.

Despite an extensive look at pubmed with some useful papers being found on the 
humble PMP measuring pressure reduction, I have found little else around.

There seems to be great variation in both terminology and placement around the 
country. 

Is anyone aware of a standard text available?
