Dear Dawn,
most qualified NHS OHAs are either at band 6 or 7 of the NHS Payscale
(available on the RCN website or via google).
Senior OHAs and OH managers may well be Band 8a or 8b. I am aware of a
Band 9 OH nurse manager but this is not really a clinical role.
I'm sure there has been a survey publishes in one of the OH journals
within the last year
best wishes
Paul
