Dear David and list,
we are finding it terribly hard to recruit into OHA posts even though
our old G-grades were banded at Band 7 under Agenda for Change.
Thankfully there are a lot of nurses at band 5 who want to work in our
junior positions.
We have a Band 7 post - 3 days/ week NHS 2 days/ week in a brewery that
we cannot fill. (sorry, couldn't miss the opportunity to get this one in
here!)
