Hi
i worked for National Britannia for 7.5 yrs, the OH division was set up by 2 leaders in OH and we were mainly autonomous.
having said that could refer to Physician if needed which wasnt very often but was a good resource!
Its then quite hard working with a DR and feeling should I refer this on because I can or should i make the decision and be responsible for the outcome.
nurses are more cost effective and can I be so bold to say more intouch with people on the ground?
Nurse led all the way, better service to our clients!!
Good luck
Lynda
