Hi Claire
I do see where they are comming from about business confidentiality however
this is different and HR are not bound by the same codes of conduct as OH
nurses / advisors or those privy to confidential and medical information.
We are accountalbe for our own practice and I would agree that one of the
forms that have been circulated via Jiscmail are a good idea for best practice
especially for admin (as we are already bound by codes of conduct).
RCN - provide a Confidentiality doc for OH nurses via www.rcn.org.uk
