I would think that adequate vision and hearing are paramount and also a full
respiratory risk-assessment in case of long-term lung diseases that may be
exacerbated by extreme environmental temperature. How about any conditions
that may give rise to vertigo, dizziness or faint. This may even link to
Diabetes, epilepsy! If so , are they stable?
Also, any musculo-skeletal disorders that may be affected by prolonged
standing or again by cold temperature (i.e. Rheumatic joint pains).
Furthermore, the job involves (however minor it may be) an element of the
supervision of children, therefore psychological assessment can also be
relevant.
