Thankyou for all your replies and those that will follow. I am relieved to
read that I had understood my physiology basics ( thank you, Anne and SBU
and my physiology tutors there). I just needed that reassurance. I will, of
course, wait for his GP and Specialist response and then summarise all to
employee and HR. I am aware that so many of these employees just do not want
to do the new shift work system and I am having so many cases referred to me
with "medical" issues to decipher before I can make recommendations to HR.
Off to the Lake District tomorrow for a week of fell walking and lots of
fresh air for my respiratory tract and to relieve my exhaustion!
