While Stress can be more than mental ill-health, it is most usefully assessed in terms of mental ill-health (effectively we measure level of anxiety and depression) since this is the most reliable indicator. Why not, therefore, refer to it as a Mental Health Policy: you can then talk about the company's recognition of the importance of mental health as well as physical health and its commitment to protect and improve etc..
Remember the wording of the Walker ruling which talked of the employer's duty to protect workers from "psychiatric damage" as well as "physical".

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] not stress
We are coming to the end of a fairly major stress management exercise, and
will conclude by updating and relaunching the stress policy. But we don't
want to call it a stress policy, we want a more positive moniker.
It's proving difficult to strike a balance between being too doom laden or
too 'management speak'
Any ideas?
