I ignored it other than asking for some very out-of-date information to be
removed. They were clearly not up-to-date and consequently I perceived it as
'risky' and a bit of a gimmick quite frankly.

Dear MCG,
I wonder whether any of you received this morning a message from the
Marketing Manager of bedandbreakfasts.co.uk? (Given that their approach to
online marketing is not dissimilar to aspects of US foreign policy, it seems
quite likely that you will have done).
It concerns their heritage/B&B mashup at:
http://www.bedandbreakfasts.co.uk/museums-and-galleries.asp
As ideas go, it's not half bad, although you might question the execution
(such as listing the whole UK museum sector on one page). Is anyone out
there providing a similar link from their website to B&B or hotel
accommodation near their museum? Do people regard this as a useful function,
or more of a gimmick?
Nick
