MLA has launched a grant programme of £32,000 to enable museums, libraries, archives and other cultural sector organisations to provide video conferencing sessions to schools. Video conferencing is becoming ever more popular in schools and feedback from teachers is that they would like more opportunities for pupils to video conference with museums, libraries and archives, as well with other cultural sector organisations and sites including arts venues, science centres, archaeological sites and historic buildings.
Applications are due by 2nd March. For more information and a (simple!!!) application form, please see
