Hi Sue,
We've had a look at this and we have had no more success than you!
We tried using the latest import filter, but this made no difference at all. What we did
notice, however, was that newer records (looks like 2006 onwards) have a slightly
different source construction. For example, a 2001 record looks like this:
Library Association Record; 103 (6) Jun 2001, p.360-2
But a 2007 record's source looks like this:
Computer Networks, vol. 51, no. 2, pp. 439-455, 7 Feb 2007
This is the only thing we can think of that might be causing EndNote to put everything in
the notes field. So could it actually be a LISA issue?
Needless to say we're now very intrigued and look forward to someone being able to solve
it!
Thanks very much for bringing this to our attention - sorry we can't be of much help.
Best wishes,
Sarah

I would be very interested to know if others have had the same experience as
I have when importing references into EndNote from LISA (CSA).
The problem I'm having is that if my references are from a number of sources
the source information, instead of being transferred in separate parts i.e.
title, volume, date etc all of it is put in the Notes rather than the Source
field. I was using a Harvard X profile which has been specifically designed
to match the bibliographic standard used at Northumbria University but I get
the same problem with all of the profiles I've tried.
Any help or guidance much appreciated. Thank you
